Survival profile

You do not set the route, but you follow the set route all the way. You are not afraid of change, you adapt well to moving, and with someone you trust you can travel remarkably far. The problem is that your criteria for choosing whom to trust are still vague, and you notice a wrong direction late. Following and choosing a direction are two different things. In daily life it shows up like this. You buy what a creator you like recommends, go to the cafe a friend praised, and fall in with whatever method your manager sets without complaint. People call you easy to get along with. Yet the question "what do you want to do?" takes you a long time to answer. When the crisis hits, people end up following someone in the end — and who you pick at that moment decides the next several years.

Strength and weakness

Under a good mentor or manager, you grow faster than anyone — because you follow all the way through. But when that person heads the wrong way, you follow all the way through there too.

Advice

• Watch Actions, Not Words — Judge whom to follow by how they act when it is hard, not by what they say. Watching once first is not too late.
• Ask Where and Why — Follow, but ask where and why. One question stops a wrong move days earlier.
