Survival profile

You hold the group together with attitude more than ability. When things worsen and everyone goes quiet, you speak first, and that one sentence gets people moving again. You may not be the most technically skilled, but you earn trust by not giving up — and that persistence has genuinely turned situations around. Your limit shows in front of problems that heart alone cannot solve. In ordinary life too, you cannot stand a room that has gone flat. When a group chat has been silent for days you are the one who breaks it; on the day a project falls through, you are the one saying "let's just get some food first." Whether it is exercise or studying, your energy at the start is unusual, and it pulls people along with you.

Strength and weakness

Refusing to give up has saved the group more than once. But against problems that need preparation and math, running on will alone exhausts everyone with you. When the schedule is already impossible and you still say "we can do this," people do not get energy — they lose their chance to say otherwise.

Advice

• Separate Will from Method — Wanting to make it and knowing how are different. After you lift morale, always name the concrete next action.
• Defer to Who Knows — You do not have to lead everything. Handing technical calls to whoever knows better is what saves the group.
